My washer will not turn on or drain.

Reset the washer: Unplug the washer from the electrical outlet. Wait at least 10 seconds. Plug the washer back in. Select the desired setting and try starting the washer again. If the washer still will not turn on, drain, or complete its cycle, submit a SpinFresh support request.

My washer is shaking or moving.

Pause the cycle and check that the clothing is distributed evenly inside the tub. Very small loads, overloaded washers, and loads containing one heavy item can cause the washer to become unbalanced. Remove or rearrange items as needed, then restart the cycle.

My dryer is running, but my clothes are not drying well.

Check the following: Make sure you selected the appropriate drying cycle. Clean the lint trap. Confirm that the dryer is not overloaded. Shake out tangled sheets, blankets, or other large items. Allow clothing enough room to tumble freely. If the dryer is heating but clothing still takes an unusually long time to dry, the vent running from the dryer through the wall and to the outside may need to be cleaned. Because this vent is part of the property, contact your property management or maintenance team for assistance.

The outside of my dryer feels unusually hot.

Stop using the dryer immediately and contact Furniture Options for assistance. Do not continue operating the dryer until the issue has been reviewed.

Our team visually inspects each piece for condition, wear, and imperfections. We repair items that need attention before returning them to rental inventory.

Proactive Pest Prevention

We treat mattresses, box springs, and bedroom furniture on return, regardless of what the inspection finds. Our team receives quarterly pest-prevention training, and commercial pest professionals inspect our warehouses quarterly.

Seams are repaired. Drawers are realigned. Legs are reset and touched up. Cords and sockets are tested. If we can't properly correct wear or damage, we remove the item from our rental inventory.

We vacuum, spot-clean, and extractor-clean upholstery. Casegoods are cleaned inside and out, including drawers. Linens, dishes, and housewares go through their own cleaning and preparation procedures.

We use fresh cloths and fresh cleaning supplies for each delivery. We clean furniture before delivery and again after setup is complete, with extra attention to frequently touched surfaces.
