With Build It Yourself, you can start with essential rooms, add individual pieces, estimate your monthly rental, and avoid paying for furniture you do not need for your temporary stay.

  • Yes. With our Build-It-Yourself option, you can rent exactly what you need, whether that’s a single room, a few key pieces, or a full setup. Choose from our pre-selected items and create a setup that fits your space and budget.

  • Our furniture packages (Essentials, Lifestyle, Signature) are pre-selected for speed and simplicity. While still pre-selected, with Build-It-Yourself you have more control, you can mix and match two-room packages or select individual pieces à la carte to customize your space.

  • We typically deliver within 48 hours to most locations, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Yes. You can enhance your setup with kitchen essentials, linens, electronics, and additional furniture pieces. Everything is designed to work together, making it easy to create a complete, comfortable space.

  • Yes. You can add washer and dryer rentals through SpinFresh to create a fully equipped apartment. If you only need laundry appliances, SpinFresh is also available as a standalone option.

  • You can rent the furniture for a day, a week, two years, or longer, but we require a minimum payment equal to two months' rent.

    For a la carte rentals, the minimum rental is $99/month, with payment equal to two months’ rent.

  • Just schedule a pickup, and we’ll handle the rest—no heavy lifting for you. We need a 10-day notice for pickups,
